Tafluprost or travoprost monotherapy 12 weeks treatment once daily.
Switching monotherapy from travoprost to tafluprost, or from tafluprost to travoprost 12 weeks treatment once daily

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients with normal tension glaucoma 2: Untreated or over 4 weeks washout in treated with IOP-lowering medications.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients with exfoliation glaucoma and neovascular glaucoma. 2: Patients with diabetic retinopathy. 3: Patients with advanced visual field loss(MD <-15dB). 4: Excessive myopia (<-6D). 5: Any corneal abnormality or other condition preventing reliable applanation tonometry. 6: Presence of any external disease and inflammation of the eye. 7: History of refractive surgery. 8: History of laser trabeculoplasty, filtering surgery, trabeculotomy, cataract surgery, and other intraocular surgery. 9: Pregnant, pregnant suspect, and nursing woman. Woman who is wishing pregnancy or is not able to prevent pregnancy. 10: The investigator declares any subject ineligible for any sound medical reason.
