Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with hypercholesterolemia who have taken pitavastatin once daily over 2 months(2) Fasting TG>=150 mg/dL(3) Patients who can visit in fasting condition for blood sampling(4) Patients who voluntarily provide informed consent with enough comprehension after receiving enough explanation of this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) eGFR>=60mL/min/1.73m2 or serum creatinin>=1.0 mg/dL(2) CK (CPK)>upper limit of normal (ULN)(3) AST (GOP) and ALT (GPT)>ULN(4) Patients on treatment with prohibited concomitant medications such as fibrates or other anti-hyperlipidemics(5) Patients judged by the investigators to be inappropriate for this study(6) Under 20 years old and unmarried
