Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histlogically proven advanced non-small-cell lung cancer with EGFR mutation 2. Already treated with platinum-doublet and having resistance to EGFR-TKI 3. Having performance status 0-1 4. Having mesurable lesion 5. Having adequate organ functions 6. With written informed concent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pre-treated with 5-FU related drugs or irinotecan 2. With severe comorbidities 3. With symptomatic brain metastasis 4. Pregnant women
