Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for elective, isolated on-pump coronary artery bypass

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients requiring either preoperative intravenous inotropic or vasodilative drugs, intraaortic balloon support, supplemental oxygen, or mechanical ventilation
