Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with suddenly occured chest or back pain. And patients examined with CT or aortography to diagnose dissected aorta.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute myocardial infarction with ECG Trauma Patients who don't consent this study Patients who are not examined with CT or aortography
