Inclusion criteria: StageIIIA,orIIIB NSCLC. No previous treatment Measurable lesion 20 - 75years old. Performance status 0-1 Adequate organ functionWritten informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Interstitial pneumonia. No eligibility for definitive radiotherapy.
