Inclusion criteria: 1)Ewing sarcoma or PNET 2)Advanced, metastatic or recurrent case 3)Prior treated with anthracycline agents and ifomaide 4)At least one target lesion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patient who have no indication for chemotherapy
