Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Community dwellers with mild depression, which is definded as dysthimia or minor depression in accordance with DSM-IV.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects are excluded if they express suicidal ideation. Other exclusion criteria are alcoholism, any psychiatric treatment, a score of 23 points or less on the Mini-Mental State Examination, and physical diseases that made exercise inappropriate
