Inclusion criteria: 1)HIV positive 2)Pathologically confirmed CD20-positive non-Hodgkin lymphoma 3)aged 20 to 64 4)ECOG performance status score 0-3 5)Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Burkitt's lymphoma 2)CNS involvement 3)Uncontrolled opportunistic infections
