Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients undergoing colonoscopy suspected of colorectal neoplasia. 2) Patients with colorectal neoplasia detected among 1) undergo follow-up colonosopies after one year and three years. 3) Patients with BMI>=23 among 2) have recommendation of weight control.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have difficulty in 1) total colonoscopy 2) confirmation of colorectal neoplasia 3) follow-up examinations 4) recommendation of weight control
