Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: StageIIB(T3N0M0),IIIA,orIIIB NSCLC. No previous treatment Measurable lesion At least 71 years Performance status 0-1 Adequate organ function Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Interstitial pneumonia. No eligibility for definitive radiotherapy.
