Inclusion criteria: Had gone through breast cancer treatment Anxiety and/or depression as measured by Hospital anxiety and depression scale (HAD)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: In other CBT-treatment Active cancer treatment Suicidal Severely depressed Severe alcohol dependence
