Inclusion criteria: patients with lumbar spinal canalstenosis presenting with residual symptoms in the lower extremities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with diabetic neuropathy, ASO, allergy to Neurotropin Patients who take pshychoactive drugs
