Primary CNS lymphoma (CD20+ diffuse large B-cell lymphoma)

Interventions

6 courses of MR-CHOP therapy: high dose MTX (2g/m2) with standard dose R-CHOP. HDC/AHST if possible.

Inclusion criteria: 1, PCNSL 2, primary case 3, Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1, extra-CNS lesion 2, severe infectious disease 3, pre-treatment history for lymphoma 4, HIV+, HTLV1+, HBs-Ag+ 5, physician's decision of inappropriateness
