Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patients with chronic respiratory failure under home oxgen therapy 2) patients with COPD whose FEV1 is less than 70% 3) patients with chronic lung diseases other than COPD (interstitial lung diseases, bronchiectasis, non-tuberculous mycobacterium infection)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients treated with vitamin D or K 2) patients treated with bisphosphonate 3) patients treated with supplementary calcium
