Interventions

Tocilizumab (8 mg/kg of body weight) is to be infused every 2 to 4 weeks.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with steroid-dependent adult Still's disease or systemic juvenile idiopathic arthritis are to be enrolled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant women or women trying to get pregnant 2. patients with dementia 3. patients considered inappropriate judged by attending physicians
