Inclusion criteria: healthy women aged 50-75 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: perimenopausa, users of caulcium supplement, female hormones, or corticosteroids, patients undergoing treatment for osteoporosis, liver diseases, kidney disease, endocrinological deseases, or cancers
