Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Histologically or cytologically proven unresectable advanced pancreatic cancer. At least one measurable lesion. Age: 20-75 years old. Performance status 0-2. No serious abnormality in bone marrow, liver and/or renal functions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients who have: uncontrolled infections; active autoimmune diseases; serious cardiac disease, and who have received continuous systemic steroids.
