Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who were diagnosed as early gastric cancer or gastric adenoma and are considered as the indication of endoscopic submucosal dissection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have anticoagulant or antiplatelet therapy and who cannot stop it.
