Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease accompanied by impaired glucose tolerance or type 2 diabetes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who did not consent to enroll to the study Patients with contraindication for pioglitazone Patients with malignant disease Others who are not suitable to enroll to the study from the physicians points of view
