Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Known or suspected cholagiocellular carcinoma, gallbladder carcinoma, bile duct carcinoma pancreatic cancer. 2. Patients without distant metastases, undergoing curative resection 3. Included patients undergoing PTBD, or ENBD. 4. Operable general condition 5. Written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe drug allergy including contrast medium, severe asthma, renal failure 2. Patinets who underwent previously were exludud from a comparative study. 3. Patiners with hepatocellular carcinoma and massforming type cholangiocarcinoma
