Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Person with first stroke diagnosed by image findings and clinical examination. 2. Person who started rehabilitation program in the acute hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Person with reattack of stroke. 2. Person who underwent rehabilitation program equal and below a week.

Design outcomes

Primary

Measure	Time frame
1. Length of stay in the acute hospital. 2. Rehabilitation efficiency (= ADL (FIM or Barthel index) gain/ total length of stay).	—

Secondary

1. Rate of returning home, length from onset to discharge. 2. Improvement of hemiparesis (Brunnstrom or SIAS), ADL (mRS, Barthel index, or FIM) gain.	—
