Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) type 2 diabetics (2) microalbuminuric patients (30 =< urinary albumin excretion < 300 mg/g Cr) (3) HbA1c < 9.0%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant (2) Patients who can not measure home blood pressure (3) Patients with orthostatic hypotension. Patients who suffered from cerebrovascular disease in a year. (4) Patients with urinary tract infection. Patients with congestive heart disease. Patients with neurogenic bladder. Patients with glomerulonephritis.
