Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The lupus nephritis patients: 1)There is not an enough effect with steroid therpy only. or 2)The patient can not take high-dose steroid therapy for side effects or complications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Pregnant women or lactating mothers 2)Patients having complications such as marrow suppression, infectious diseases, ulcer disease 3)GFR < 30 ml/min 4)Patients with allergy with Mizoribin
