Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with colon cancer or stomach cancer (stageIV) 2. Performance status(0~2) 3. Tolerability for apheresis 4. Stability in bone marrow, liver and renal functions 5. Acquired informed consent 6. Having metastatic lesions for the assessment of therapeutic efficacy 7. More than 4 weeks have passed from previous anti-cancer treatments 8. HLA-A2402 positive 9. Increased serum CEA level 10. Positivity for CEA in cancer tissues

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women 2. Women with btreast feeding 3. Bleeding tendency 4. Patients with infectious diseases(HIV, HBV, HCV, HTLV, RPR) 5. Patients with autoimmune disorders 6. Patients who need to take steroids or immunosuppressive drugs during treatment 7. Patients who have uncontrollable metastatic brain or intrathecal tumors 8. Patients whom the doctors define as inappropriate
