Inclusion criteria: hemodialysis patients with constipation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with organic bowel disease (e.g. inflammatory bowel disease or colon cancer) patients treated with morphine and/or opioid patients already treated with dietary fibers as supplement
