Patients recieve chemotherapy consisting of cyclophosphamide, etoposide, cisplatin and vincristine. Chemotherapy repeats every 4 weeks for 4 courses. Five weeks after the chemotherapy, patients reci

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of 1 of the following, medulloblastoma, supratentorial primitive neuroectodermal tumors, ependymoblastoma, pineoblastoma, CNS neuroblastoma, medullomyoblastoma. Has undergone definitive surgery within the past 42 days. No prior radiation therapy or chemotherapy. PS score: 0-3. WBC >2000, ANC >1000, Platelet count >100000, ALT <100 IU/ml, Billirubin <1.5 mg/dl, Serum creatinine < upper limit of normal, Normal electorocardiogram.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Has double cancer. Has cardiac disease for which treatment is necessary.
