Inclusion criteria: chronic hepatitis B Lamivudine and Adefovir dipivoxil-resistant mutants abnormal ALT positive test of HBV-DNA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to Lamivudine complication of chronic hepatitis coadministration of cytotoxic drugs leucopenia during pregnancy severe liver dysfunction
