Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who sign the informed consent form. 2) patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes from Professor Tong Xiaolin's outpatient and endocrine outpatient, according to the 2011 World Health Organization (WHO) diagnostic criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients without telephone contact information. 2) Patients who do not cooperate with the questionnaire.
