Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1, Age from 18 to 65. 2, Patients got chronic periodontitis which according to periodontal classification in 1999. 3, Remind 16 teeth expect the third molar. 4, At last 2 sites PD=5 mm, CAL=2 mm, in different quardent. 5, CBCT show bone loss.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1, Serious organ dysfunction. 2, Serious infectious diseases. 3, Mental illness or consciousness disorder. 4, Patients got periodontal treatment in last 6 months, took antibiotic, immunomodulator, glucocorticoid or sex hormone in last 3 months. 5, Oral therapy contraindication. 6, Allergy to our study's medicines. 7, Women in pergnancy or lactation period.
