Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Stage 1-5 Chronic kidney diseases patients diagnosed according to the KDIGO 2012 Clinical Practice Guideline. (2)Chronic insomnia diagnosed according to the International Classification of Sleep Disorders, Third Edition. (3)Baseline global PSQI score > 5. (4)Age between 18 ~ 75 years old. (5)Patients with normal reading and comprehension ability, who can use electronic products such as smart phone and wristband. (6)Patients who have not used any sleeping pills before or have drug withdrawal for at least 1 week. (7)Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Currently pregnant or lactating. (2)Present of acute medical condition. (3)Patients with severe respiratory problems. (4)Having received renal replacement therapy, including maintenance hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and kidney transplantation. (5)Having received auricular acupressure therapy in the previous 3 months before enrollment. (6)Contraindication of auricular point comprehensive therapy (e.g., local abscess, ulceration, frostbite and eczema of external ear, presence of skin allergy, or coagulation dysfunction). (7)Patients who are allergic to scraping oil or ear sticking tape. (8)Insomnia caused by other medical condition, (e.g., pain, itchy skin, sleep apnea syndrome, or restless leg syndrome). (9)Unable to cooperate due to other reasons.
