Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?. According to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Diseases (the fifth edition), the patient is diagnosed as a mental disease; ?. Stable treatment of mental illness; ?. Meet the Rome IV diagnostic criteria for functional constipation; ?. Dialectics is yin deficiency; (5) Aged between 18 and 65; (6) Take clozapine treatment, and use it steadily for = 1 month (7) Be able to read and understand the informed consent form, voluntarily participate in the test and sign the informed consent form; (8) There are no serious diseases of the center of gravity, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other influences; (9) No use of prokinetic drugs, microecological agents and other drugs that significantly affect defecation

Exclusion criteria
