Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) In recent 3 months, he has not received weight loss treatment from Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine or nutritionists. (2) Aged between 18 and 65; (3) Central obesity, male waist circumference = 90cm, female waist circumference = 80cm; (4) Body mass index (BMI) = 25 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Endocrine system diseases, such as thyroid diseases, pituitary and gonadal diseases; (2) Patients with impaired liver and kidney functions; (3) Patients with heart disease, such as arrhythmia, heart failure, myocardial infarction and cardiac pacemaker; (4) Pregnant or lactating women; (5) Patients with bleeding tendency; (6) Patients with allergies and immunological diseases; (7) Patients with haemorrhagic coagulation dysfunction; (8) People who are unable to move due to stroke or other reasons.
