Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =18 years old; (2) In line with the pathological diagnostic criteria of breast cancer, PSQI total score =7 and diagnosed as heart-spleen insomnia syndrome with modesty; (3) Patients with stable condition and able to communicate normally; (4) Informed consent and voluntary participation in the researcher

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with sleep apnea syndrome; (2) language communication disorders; (3) ear skin diseases; (4) taking sleeping drugs or sedative drugs; (5) Patients undergoing other psychological treatment.
