Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: It meets the diagnostic criteria of Practical Osteology. ? Chronic injury history of forearm extensor muscle; ? Tenderness on the outside of the elbow joint, which may involve the forearm; ? The tension test of forearm extensors was positive, and Mills sign was positive; ? Imaging examination of elbow joint excluded bone lesions. Inclusion criteria: ? meet the above diagnostic criteria; ? Course of disease<6 months, recurrent; ? Age 20-50; ? Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Complicated with rheumatism, rheumatoid or joint fracture, stiffness and other diseases; ? Complicated with severe liver and kidney disease or mental disease; ? Patients who are not treated according to the regulations or who are lost midway.
