Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?ASA Grade lI to lll; ? Age =60 years;? No coagulation dysfunction; ?Total knee arthroplasty and total hip arthroplasty were performed initially;? The preoperative MMSE score was higher than the lowest value of corresponding educational level.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Preoperative psychiatric or neurological disorders;? A history of drug dependence; ? patients with severe visual or hearing impairment; ?Abuse of opioids; ?
