Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of essential hypertension, hypertension grade 1; (2) Age 18-60, both sexes; (3) Not using antihypertensive drugs or taking oral antihypertensive drugs has been in the medication stable period; (4) Able to complete the questionnaire independently; (5) Voluntarily sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Target organ damage or clinical diseases were associated with cardiovascular risk stratification. (2) There are exercise contraindications such as hemorrhagic diseases, febrile diseases, severe heart, liver and renal insufficiency, acute attack of chronic diseases, and metastasis of malignant tumors; (3) suffering from mental illness or cognitive impairment; (4) Poor physical movement, unable to independently complete the recommended exercise intervention program; (5) Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
