Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) The subjects are between 60 to 75 years old; 2) Meet 1-2 items of Frieds frailty phenotype scale; 3) Can walk independently without assistance, with Berg scale score beyond 40; 4) Participate in the study voluntarily and sign the informed consent form; 5) In the six months prior to the survey, no regular physical activity was performed more than once a week.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) subject with moderate to severe osteoporosis and a history of fractures; 2) The subjects with severe musculoskeletal disorders that affects activity; 3) Suffering from serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other serious diseases; 4) Have a history of mental illness or serious psychological problems; 5) Having hearing impairment and/or visual impairment, unable to cooperate with training; 6) Plan to participate in other training programs during the study period; 7) Subjects with metal implants (e.g., artificial pacemakers, joint replacement); 8) Subjects with skin lesions which limits the use of bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA)
