Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) The results of oral glucose tolerance test ( OGTT ) should be consistent with the diagnosis of prediabetes currently used in China. Criteria : 6.1 = fasting blood glucose < 7.0 and / or 7.8 = OGTT 2-hour blood glucose < 11.1. ( 2 ) Infrequent regular physical activity or fitness exercise ( 3 ) 18-60 years of age to participate voluntarily, have a certain ability to read and act. ( 4 ) Subjects informed consent and voluntary participation in research, signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) those who have serious organ diseases or disturbance of consciousness. ( 2 ) have exercise contraindications, can not exercise intervention. ( 3 ) Patients who took / used any drugs known to affect metabolism ( such as ß-blockers ) or body weight ( such as thyroid substitutes, antidepressants ) in the short term or during the experiment.
