18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Diagnosed with supraspinatus tendon injury and repaired in an arthroscopic or a mini-open approach. (2)At least 2 weeks after operation, with the incision well healed. (3)Chief complaint: post-operative ipsilateral hand-behind-back(HBB) restriction. (4)Age and gender: 18 to 85 years old, male or female. (5)Attend the project voluntarily, with signature on the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Those who have comorbidities of other rotator cuff tendon injuries and repaired in the same surgery. (2)Those who have unhealed ipsilateral shoulder fractures. (3)Patients with retear of the supraspinatus tendon, confirmed by MRI or ultrasonic examination. (4)Patients who have the contraindications of QGSM, such as unhealed incisions. (5)Those who cannot abide by the theraputic shoulder exercise plan properly. (6)Patients diagnosed with carcinoma. (7)Pregnant women. (8)Other patients that considered as unqualified by the study leader.
