18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke and insomnia; (2) Between 18 and 80 years old; (3) No psychotropic drugs were taken one week before treatment; (4) with a score above 7 in the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index; (5) Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Insomnia symptoms caused by systemic diseases, pain, fever, surgery, cough, and changes in living habits or external environmental interference factors; (2) Patients with severe primary diseases of liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, or affective disorders, schizophrenia or other serious mental disorders; (3) pregnant or lactating women; (4) abuse and dependence on alcohol and/or psychoactive drugs; (5) Participating in other clinical trials that influence the evaluation of the results of this study.
