Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with newly diagnosed chronic heart failure or previously diagnosed heart failure who are currently under drug control; (2) NYHA cardiac function class ?-?; (3) Sign the informed consent and volunteer to participate in the research project; (4) Persons aged between 18 and 80.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Acute heart failure, cardiogenic shock, severe arrhythmia, complete mode block, obstructive cardiomyopathy, severe valvular heart disease, stenosis pericarditis, pulmonary embolism, uncontrolled hypertension; (2) Patients with severe liver insufficiency and severe renal insufficiency; (3) pregnant and lactating women; (4) Severe heart failure, cardiac function grade IV; (5) mental disorders and cognitive impairment; (6) Unwilling to cooperate with the treatment process of this study.
