Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age: 18-60 years old; (2) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic sinusitis in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Sinusitis formulated by the Rhinology Group of the Editorial Committee of the Chinese Journal of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery; (3) Bilateral endoscopic sinus fenestration under general anesthesia and nasal packing after operation; (4) If the operation time is less than 3 hours; (5) Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Caregivers who have been treated with traditional Chinese medicine for nearly one week before the operation; (2) people with mental retardation or cognitive dysfunction who cannot match (mental disorders, senile dementia, etc.) or those who are pregnant and lactating; (3) Other serious chronic diseases or malignant tumors; (4) Long-term use of analgesics or long-term sleep disorders; (5) A rash or local infection occurs in the skin area of selected acupuncture points in the ear.
