Suspected or confirmed vertebral or spinal tumor, tuberculosis and severe osteoporosis; (3) those who have received lumbar surgery or severe congenital deformity of lumbar spine; ? pregnant or lactation women, allergic constitution; ? Those who had received other treatment within one week before treatment; ? Vestibular dysfunction and ankle joint lesions affect balance; ? Those who had difficulty in understanding the content of the scale and could not judge their own pain degree; 8 contain magnetic metal implants and claustrophobia, affecting MRI examination.
