Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) In accordance with the Western diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation, confirmed by imaging; (2) Male patients aged 18-45 years and weighing less than 70kg; (3) Patients with lesion segment in L4/5 and protrusion direction of lateral and posterior protrusion; (4) Course of disease: chronic low back pain for at least 3 months; (5) Previously in good health, MRI and CT pre-scan were performed to exclude severe organic lesions of the lumbar spine, history of mental illness, family history of genetic diseases, and traumatic diseases; (6) High patient compliance; (7) Participants who voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who do not meet the above western diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation and patients in the acute phase of lumbar disc herniation; (2) Patients with low back pain caused by tumor or spinal mass; (3) Patients with coagulation dysfunction, local skin damage and lower extremity venous thrombosis; (4) Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney diseases, hematopoietic system diseases; (5) Female patients; (6) Patients with mental diseases such as depression, anxiety and claustrophobia (7) Hemoglobin of adult male is less than 120 g/L, adult female is less than 110 g/L.
