Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) those who meet the diagnostic criteria of sub-health and liver-qi stagnation and spleen-deficiency syndrome; (2) those who are between 18 and 65 years old and of any gender; (3) those who are willing and able to cooperate with the participants of the study voluntarily sign the informed consent form; (4) no similar interventions were received in other hospitals or sites during the whole course of the disease. (5) TCM syndrome score & GT. 14.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with infectious dermatosis or skin allergy, (2) patients with climacteric syndrome diagnosed by internal medicine or gynecology, (3) patients who can not accept Chinese herbal decoction or Chinese herbal fumigation because of subjective or objective reasons; (4) patients with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hypertension and other primary diseases, and those with a history of mental disorders.
