Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet dsm-5 diagnostic criteria for chronic insomnia. 2. Age: 18-75 years old, regardless of gender. 3. Insomnia severity index (ISI) > 7. 4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from other major chronic diseases affecting the study: such as sleep apnea, restless legs, tumors, cardiovascular diseases, etc; 2. Brain organic diseases: brain trauma, cerebrovascular disease, etc; 3. Have or have suffered from mental illness: depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, etc; 4. Have received regular drugs and clinical interveners; 5. History of alcohol abuse or psychoactive substance abuse; 6. Pregnant or lactating women.
