Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients who voluntarily received CT-guided radiofrequency thermocoagulation of trigeminal nerve after knowing the relevant surgical risks were 18-80 years old, NRS = 4 before operation, ineffective after conservative treatment (such as drugs, etc.), and the symptoms significantly affected their daily life and workers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refuse to provide relevant treatment information for scientific researchers; puncture point local infection or systemic infection; coagulation dysfunction or obvious thrombocytopenia; mental disorders or unable to cooperate with the operation; those who are unable to understand the relevant scale and make an objective evaluation of the disease.
