Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?18-28 years of age;?The subject has no history of organ disease and drug allergy,no history of drug abuse,smoke or alcoholism;?Physical examination,laboratory examination,12-lead electrocardiogram and vital signs examination were judged by the researcher;?No prescription drugs,over-the-counter drugs,or proprietary Chinese medicine were used 2 weeks before the test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Those who has diseases with bleeding tendency and skin allergies, traumatic ulcers,or take vitamin C (VC), vitamin E and other antioxidant drugs;?Alcohol abuse, excessive drinking of strong tea, coffee and caffeinated beverages during the 6 months before screening and during the trial;?Have a history of prescription drug abuse and illegal drug abuse within 6 months before screening?Subjects who are participating in other clinical trials;?Researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trials.
