Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 60-75 years old, received unilateral total hip arthroplasty for the first time due to femoral neck fracture; 2) Have the ability to walk before surgery, no other damage except the surgical site; 3) Normal cognitive function, willing to participate in this study , signed the informed consent; 4) No history of opioid and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug abuse; 5) No history of diabetes and other major diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Combined with serious physical diseases, such as Parkinson's, hemiplegia, polio, vestibular disorders and other diseases that can affect the balance ability, combined with mental disorders, such as anxiety, depression, chronic insomnia, Alzheimer's disease, etc.; 2) Severe category Those with rheumatoid arthritis involving other joints; 3) Those who participated in rehabilitation training programs in the community or other places after discharge.
